Kings Ridge is a residential neighborhood in Clermont, Florida, comprised of several smaller communities, the most prominent being Brighton at Kings Ridge, which is a gated subdivision with 251 two and three bedroom single-family homes. There was a time when people could see Orlando from the very top of the Florida Citrus Tower, and though it’s still the tallest observation point in Florida, residential neighborhoods are all that can be seen now. A collection of First Ladies Inaugural Gowns, a miniaturized version of Mount Rushmore, among others. In addition to that, Clermont is home to a number of parks, such as Waterfront Park located at 330 3rd Street, which is a lakefront park offering a fishing pier, a paved walking trail, a playground, and seasonal swimming. For shopping and dining options, Clermont has places like the ViaPort Florida located at 10401 U.S. 441, featuring anchor stores such as Belk, Sears, and Via Entertainment.
